Painea PANDA

… care la final va arata asa:


aluat simplu
200g faina pt. paine
1 lingurita drojdie uscata
2 linguri zahar
1 ou
70ml apa
1/2 lingurita
35g unt

aluat cu cacao
100g faina pt. paine
2/3 lingurita drojdie uscata
1 lingura zahar
1 lingura cacao
80ml apa
1/3 lingurita sare
10g unt

2 linguri de stafide puse la inmuiat in apa fierbinte si apoi scurse bine de apa
7~8 cirese confiate taiate in jumatate

Se fac aluaturile, se lasa aprox. 20 min. la dospit dupa care se impart in bucati astfel:
aluatul simplu:
– 70g (aluat C)
– 30g (aluat B)
– restul de aluat (aluat A)

aluat cacao:
– 10g (aluat D)
– 50g x 2 (aluat E)
– restul de aluat impartit in doua (aluat F)
