A fost o competitie frumoasa, cu multe voci misto si cu multe reprezentatii foarte bune. Eu am cantat, ca de obicei, Green Day – Boulevard of Broken Dreams.

Eu unul m-am inscris pentru distractie si pentru show.. ca voce n-am cine stie ce . Si show am facut.. zic eu…  Voi ce ziceti?

Din pacate n-au dat premii sau puncte in plus pentru “folosit chitara din decor” si astfel n-am castigat nimic… Poate doar cativa fani/cateva fane . Multumim Metropotam pentru ocazia de a ma da in spectacol si felcitari castigatorilor.

Deci, ce zici, dupa reprezentatia asta, nu-i asa ca merit sa fiu Ovi Guy?

Concertul a fost structurat, ca de obicei, pe doua parti, cu o mica pauza de 10 minute. Au fost cantate toate piesele de pe albumul Vama, plus cele patru piese noi.

Dar, pentru mine, povestea concertului a inceput mai de mult. Stateam zilele trecute si ma gandeam oare cum o sa fie concertul Vama fara “Nu am chef azi”, “Vara asta”, “La radio” si toate celelalte melodii Vama Veche. Stiind ca baietii nu mai au voie, conform deciziei judecatorilor, sa cante aceste piese, am zis ca singura varianta ca aceste melodii sa fie ascultate din nou in concert, e ca publicul sa cante aceste piese.

Bun, si cum facem asta? Simplu… am scris pe o foaie instructiunile, cateva versuri din melodiile Vama Veche.. am printat-o si am plecat la concert. Aveam nevoie de un xerox pentru a multiplica foile… asa ca a urmat o aventura prin Bucuresti, pentru ca nu gaseam un xerox deschis la ora aia (21:30). Am avut noroc ca am gasit totusi un xerox non-stop la universitate si astfel problema a fost rezolvata.

Eram increzator in ideea mea si eram sigur ca o sa iasa bine. Am impartit celor prezenti la concert foile pe care scria ca o sa le dau eu semnalul pentru a incepe “cantarea”, cu ajutorul unui fluier. Problema acum era… cand cantam? Dupa cateva ezitari, am fluierat inainte de “Pe sarma” dar pentru ca Tudor & co. nu ne-au auzit suficient de tare, au inceput sa cante melodia.. si astfel.. noi am ramas tacuti.

Nu m-am dat insa batut, si am hotarat sa cantam piesele inainte de bis.  Totusi, in timplu concertului mi-am dat seama ca Vama e deja un nou band si ca poate avea succes si fara piesele vechi. Showl facut de baieti a fost exceptional si tin sa-i felicit pe aceasta cale. Dupa ce ne-am bucurat de concert si de cele patru piese noi.. a venit si momentul nostru de glorie.

Am asteptat sa plece de pe scena si mi-am luat inima in dinti si m-am suit eu pe scena si am inceput sa cant “celor care cred ca lumea asta cu iubire va scapa” moment in care tot clubul m-a acompaniat. Am cantat si celelalte bucati de melodii si la sfarsit i-am aplaudat.

M-a bucurat faptul ca si baietilor le-a placut surpriza noastra, iar Tudor ne-a promis ca in patru luni, maxim (maxima am spus!) vor putea canta din nou piesele vechi.

La bis, am cantat tot noi, un cover dupa Hotel California al celor de la Eagles…. am facut un soi de karaoke.. si n-am inteles de ce publicul canta versurile de la Hotel Cismigiu…

Tot la bis, am mai cantat o data doua dintre piesele noi, Cantec de gasit si Ultimul om si in sfarsit i-am lasat pe baieti sa iasa de pe scena.

Am reusit sa inregistrez trei din cele patru piese noi, asa ca puteti sa vedeti si voi cum a fost. Sunetul nu e chiar excelent, mai ales ca stateam langa o boxa mai galagioasa, dar .. puteti sa va faceti idee despre cum suna noile melodii.

“Ultimul om” a prins bine la public si sunt convins ca la urmatoarele concerte o sa iasa super atmosfera pe piesa asta:

Cea de-a treia piesa a fost o balada numita “Break-up” pe care o dedic unei prietene foarte buna, care avea nevoie de mine in seara asta, dar eu am ales sa merg la concert:

Le multumesc tuturor celor care au cantat alaturi de mine si care au facut acest mic “tribut” in Tribute posibil. Daca am greseli de exprimare sau gramaticale in text, sa stiti ca articolul e scris la ora 4 dimineata… sper ca se scuza.

Trupa vocal instrumentala Tapinarii va mai concerta pe 16 aprilie in Baicoi, in Club Steel, si pe 21 aprilie in Club Hush. La mare, ii vedeti pe 30 aprilie, la Papa la Soni.
